- Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.
- Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow point or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.
- Any upgradation in the room category or air line class.
- Extra Water Bottles Charges.
- Porterage(Coolie charges), laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.
- In case of Pilgrimage tours cost of horse back, Doli, Helicopter (unless specifically mentioned), chopper etc.
Additional Information
- For any under-booked USTs like MFL, Second Innings, and honeymoon packages, they will be consolidated with Family tours in order to run the tour at maximum efficiency.
- As much as we like to keep every detail of our programs, the programs mentioned above may change without notice.
- Due to certain pandemic restrictions, some places may be temporarily closed. In those scenarios, alternate sightseeing may be undertaken, so every effort will be made to enable this if it becomes feasible.
- In case of Pandemic like situation, we suggest all travelers comply with the outlined travel mandates, such as undergoing testing, providing proof of vaccination, and self-declaration all while completing E-Pass procedures among other requirements per the applicable state/country’s laws which can change. Guests also have to bear the expenses for these mandates.
- Banao Yatra Easy has no restrictions on guest shopping, therefore no specific traders are recommended.
Chardham Tour Package From Haridwar Policy
- Payment can be done in parts during tour.
- After making your first advance payment, you will get confirmation in your email.
- Once 100% Payment will done we’ll share the booking vouchers of your trip through email or watsapp.
- Measurable tour start time 5 pm to 6 pm .
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation are made 60 days before the date of travel then 10.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 30 days to 60 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 75.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible
